Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations:

We ship across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates. (some remote areas are not covered).

1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days 

Note: Delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders above 150 AED
  • Flat rate of 10 AED for orders below 150 AED

3. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

Return Window

Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method.

Refund Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer (bank details will be requested).
  • Card or Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be returned to the same account used for payment.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damageddefective, or wrong item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

1. Conditions for Replacement

  • Report the issue within 3 days of receiving the item
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or issue
  • The item must be unused

2. Process

  • We will verify and arrange for a replacement to be shipped
  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or alternative product
