Delivery Locations:
We ship across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates. (some remote areas are not covered).
1. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
Note: Delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on orders above 150 AED
- Flat rate of 10 AED for orders below 150 AED
3. Delivery Issues

Return Window
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

- The item must be unused

Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with the return policy below.
